Taco Cheesy Beer Dip

Taco Cheesy Beer Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp Pman the Chef Taco Seasoning
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 can light beer
  • 1/3 jar salsa about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Add ground beef and taco seasoning to a skillet and cook until no longer pink (depending on the fat content you may need to drain).
  2. Use beer to de-glaze the pan. Let alcohol cook out. Add salsa to the beef and cook for 2-3 additional minutes.
  3. In another saucepan add cream cheese, shredded cheese, and milk. Melt on medium-low and combine completely.
  4. Add cheese sauce to meat mixture and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping implements or experiment with adding it as a sauce to eggs, burgers, burritos, or broccoli (had to add something healthy to the mix).
