What is your return and exchange policy?
If we have not met your satisfaction with our products, you can receive a full refund. Please email us at pmanthechef@gmail.com and we will begin the process to refund your money. If you purchased our clothing merchandise and need to exchange the product for a different size, please email us at pmanthechef@gmail.com and we will begin the process to exchange your product for a different size.
My seasoning arrived damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange?
If your package arrived damaged and the contents are not usable, please send an email to pmanthechef@gmail.com and we will send out a new product.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
You will receive a shipping label via email that you can use to return an item for exchange.
