Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States using USPS. Depending on costs we may also use UPS and Fedex for heavier shipments. We do not ship to Canada or International yet.

When will my order arrive?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We try to make sure that packages arrive within 5 days after the order is submitted.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If we have not met your satisfaction with our products, you can receive a full refund. Please email us at and we will begin the process to refund your money. If you purchased our clothing merchandise and need to exchange the product for a different size, please email us at and we will begin the process to exchange your product for a different size.

My seasoning arrived damaged. Can I get a refund or exchange?

If your package arrived damaged and the contents are not usable, please send an email to and we will send out a new product.

Where do I send my return or exchange?
