Crockpot Chuck Roast Tacos
Ingredients:
3-4 lb chuck roast
Salt and Pepper
Olive oil
2 Tablespoon butter
1 medium yellow or Vidalia onion diced
2 cups beef broth
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup. green chilies (canned)
2 Tablespoons Pman The Chef Taco Seasoning
Directions:
Season roast with salt and pepper. Heat skillet on medium heat and add 2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil. Sear roast on all sides in heated skillet. Add chuck roast to crock pot. Chop onion and saute in skillet with butter. Add broth, garlic, chilies and Pman The Chef seasoning. Simmer. Pour over chuck roast and cook on low for 8 hours in crock pot. Remove roast, shred and return to juices when finished. Serve in taco shells with desired toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
