Amy and Matt's 10-minute Turkey Taco Chili (yes, we timed it)

1 table spoon olive oil
16 oz ground turkey (or beef)
2 teaspoons PMan The Chef Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon oregano
1 can beans - rinsed (your choice: black, pinto, great northern)
2 cups chicken broth

Cook meat in olive oil until no longer pink.
Add spices.
Stir until all meat is coated and fully cooked.
Add rinsed beans & chicken broth.
Heat until bubbling. Enjoy!

Top it: Add sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Spice it: Add 3+ teaspoons PMan The Chef Taco Seasoning.
Thicken it: Add 2 cups cooked rice (brown or white).
Veg it: Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, red peppers, & frozen corn.
Chub it: ½ cup heavy whipping cream or ¼ cup if you are watching your waist.
